The brief was simple: to create new frames for the FIFA World Cup 2026 Livery. The challenge was complex: to develop assets that would comply with previously defined guidelines. The solution was flexible: take existing assets, change only what needs to be changed, and ensure brand and industry regulation standards are met.

A hybrid approach, mixing Generative AI and 3D with traditional masking and compositing was the combination that delivered on what seemed impossible to achieve in a short span of time.
